We all know life can be unpredictable, from bad traffic to late nights. However, out of respect for my business and for wait-listed clients, I honor a firm 24 hour cancellation policy. Please understand, when I reserve a block of time especially for you, I am turning away other clients to keep your time slot secured.
I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24-48 hours before the beginning of your appointment. If you do not give more than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of service booked for last minute reschedules or cancellations. This fee will need to be settled before I can reschedule any future appointments. No shows will not be allowed to book again.
Running over 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled to my next availability. I may be able to accommodate you on the same day by shortening your service times. You will be charged the full price of the services booked. This is all done in order to avoid inconveniencing other clients who are booked after you. I will always do my best to run on time for your scheduled reservations, and I thank you so much for respecting my time as well!
Outside food and beverage are allowed and encouraged for longer appointments. The salon has Wifi which you are free to use during your appointment, but please bring earphones for private listening if you would like to talk on the phone or watch a movie. I advise you to avoid bringing little ones with you to your appointments (other than for a consultation)—space is limited and the salon is not a child-safe environment. It's also not advised to bring guests with you for long appointments, as there is no additional seating in the suite.
If you aren't completely satisfied with the end result of your hair, please contact me within 1 week of completing your service. I will do my best to accommodate you in a timely manner and adjust the original service performed at no cost to you. I stand by my work and it is my priority to deliver top-quality hair that you love!
